The 3,000-yard Newman Municipal Golf Course is a meticulously maintained nine-hole course featuring wide, frequently dog-legged, fairways. Golfers' short games will be challenged as the tiny greens are fast, and often times surrounded by water hazards or sand traps. The course is located north of the city, across the river from Cass Park.
